What brings you in?

You should not have to plan your life
around pain.

Maybe it is your low back when you get out of bed. Maybe it is neck tension after work. Maybe headaches keep coming back, or sciatica makes it hard to sit, drive, lift, or sleep comfortably.

At Life Charge Chiropractic, we look deeper than the symptom so you can understand what is happening, and what can actually be done about it.

Objective Tracking

How thermal scan patterns can change over time.

These scans show how surface temperature patterns may change over the course of care. Thermal imaging does not diagnose disease, but it can provide another objective way to observe patterns related to nervous system regulation and how the body is responding over time.

Dr. Palmer built Life Charge Chiropractic to give Gallatin and Hendersonville families a more complete, personal experience. Care starts with a real conversation, then a focused exam, and only after that, clear recommendations you can actually understand.

His approach combines hands-on chiropractic care with modern tools like digital X-rays and thermal imaging, used only when they add real clarity. He is also bilingual and fluent in Spanish, making the practice welcoming and accessible to the broader community.

Dr. Palmer and his wife Olivia, a skilled thermographic technician who runs LiveWell Thermography, relocated to Middle Tennessee in 2022. They are committed to the Gallatin and Hendersonville community for the long term.

Common Questions

Honest answers before you book.

What happens on my first visit?
You get a real conversation about what you are dealing with, a focused chiropractic exam, and, when clinically appropriate, digital X-rays and thermal imaging. Then Dr. Palmer explains what he sees and what he recommends before any care begins.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly with Life Charge Chiropractic. If you have insurance or are coming in after an accident, bring those details and the front desk will help.
Is chiropractic safe for kids and pregnancy?
Yes, when done thoughtfully. Dr. Palmer adjusts the technique to the patient, gentler approaches for children and modified positioning for pregnancy. You will always know what is being done and why.
How long is a typical appointment?
New patient visits run about 45–60 minutes so there is real time to listen, examine, and explain. Routine follow-ups are shorter and focused on the care plan.
Do you take insurance?
We offer transparent payment options and can help you understand what is covered. Costs and recommendations are explained before care begins so there are no surprises.
