Founder of Life Charge Chiropractic in Gallatin, TN. Raised in a chiropractic family, trained at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, the founding college of the profession.
Dr. Palmer focuses on corrective, whole-system chiropractic care that addresses the structure, posture, and nervous system patterns driving the problem at its source. Specialty tools like Blair upper cervical analysis, digital X-rays, and thermal imaging are layered in when the findings call for them.
Raised in chiropractic. Dr. Palmer grew up in a chiropractic family. Both of his parents were chiropractors, and some of his earliest memories were in their office, watching patients come in overwhelmed or in pain and leave with answers. He saw, lived, and respected the profession from a young age.
Trained at the source. Dr. Palmer chose Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, the founding college of the chiropractic profession, because he wanted to study chiropractic at its roots. He graduated in 2022 with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
Corrective, whole-system care. The core of Dr. Palmer's practice is corrective and holistic chiropractic care. The focus is on understanding why the body is adapting the way it is, then building a plan that addresses it at the source. He looks at posture, spinal structure, nervous system patterns, and how the whole system works together, then builds care around the findings. The goal is long-term correction and restoring the body's ability to function and heal.
Specialty tools when the findings call for them. Dr. Palmer is also Blair Upper Cervical certified (through the Blair Upper Cervical Chiropractic Society) and a Board-Certified Thermologist. These are precision tools layered on top of corrective care when the exam shows they're needed. Blair work helps with cases where the upper cervical (atlas / axis) is involved. Thermal imaging serves as an additional objective tool for understanding how the body is functioning, used alongside standard diagnosis and medical testing. As a Thermologist, Dr. Palmer reads and writes thermography reports for doctors across the country.
Bilingual care. Dr. Palmer is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing more families in Gallatin and Hendersonville to feel comfortable asking questions, understanding their care, and being heard clearly.
Athletes & high performers. Rugby has been part of Dr. Palmer's life for years. He played on scholarship at Palmer College of Chiropractic, served as team captain, and currently sits on the board of the Palmer College Rugby Trust. He still plays for the Nashville team. That experience, including the demands of contact sport, the pressure to perform, and the discipline of recovery, shapes how he treats athletes and high performers in the office. He understands what it takes to compete, get hit, recover, and stay in the game, and he builds care plans that respect both the demands and the timelines patients are working with.
Outside the office, Dr. Palmer has traveled extensively across Asia, Europe, and South America, and is raising his twin boys with his wife Olivia in Middle Tennessee. Life Charge is their family's long-term investment in this community.

Dr. Palmer's approach is corrective and holistic, focused on long-term structural and functional correction. Care begins with a thorough consultation and a focused chiropractic and neurological exam, then incorporates digital X-rays, posture analysis, thermal imaging, Blair upper cervical analysis, and specific chiropractic adjustments when the exam findings call for them. Each plan is built around your body, your findings, and your goals.
The goal is long-term structural and functional correction that addresses the underlying issue. Care plans are custom-built from your exam findings.
Posture, spinal alignment, and nervous system patterns drive most chronic complaints. We evaluate the whole system to find the root.
Digital X-rays, posture analysis, thermal imaging, and Blair upper cervical analysis are added when the findings call for them. Clearer pictures, real evidence to guide care.
You will understand what is happening, why it matters, and what your options are before any care begins. Plain language, real findings, real conversations.
If your exam shows you're fine, we tell you. If a referral makes more sense than an adjustment, we make it. Honesty over volume.
Care that fits parents, kids, athletes, professionals, retirees, prenatal moms, and Spanish-speaking families. Calm office. Clear explanations.
Dr. Palmer was raised inside a profession built on a single, powerful idea: that the body has an innate capacity to function, adapt, and heal, and that our job is to help clear the way. He has watched it work in his own family's office for as long as he can remember.
That belief shapes every visit at Life Charge. Care is built around restoring function, supporting the nervous system, and giving the body the chance to do what it was already designed to do, from the inside out. Symptoms are signals, and the goal is to address what is driving them, so the body can run the way it was meant to.
Chiropractic is the family business, the profession he grew up in, the technique he studied at its source, and the way he believes care should look for his own family. He carries it with the seriousness it deserves.

Olivia is a thermographic technician and the owner and operator of LiveWell Thermography, her own imaging practice. Through her work, she gives patients a professional, comfortable scanning experience and handles the imaging side of care at Life Charge Chiropractic.
Olivia's expertise is in the scanning and technical imaging side. Dr. Palmer handles all chiropractic care and thermology interpretation and reporting. Together their roles let Life Charge offer a more complete, objective approach when imaging is clinically appropriate.
Dr. Palmer and Olivia have been together for 16 years. They relocated to Middle Tennessee to build Life Charge as an extension of their family values: honest care, personal relationships, and a deep respect for the body's ability to adapt and heal.
Dr. Palmer and Olivia moved to Gallatin to build a life. The twins, the community, and the practice are all part of the same investment in this place.
That is why the office feels the way it does. Why Dr. Palmer takes the time he takes. Why Olivia is involved in the imaging side. This is a family practice in every sense of the word.
