Dr. Palmer Piana and his wife Olivia moved to Middle Tennessee after he graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2022, and they built this practice to serve this community for the long term.

This is a locally owned, family-run chiropractic office. Dr. Palmer and Dr. Pierce use the same examination process, explain the findings clearly, and build each care plan around objective findings.

Gallatin has changed quickly over the last decade. Cages Bend, Foxland Harbor, Douglas Bend, Fairvue, and the neighborhoods along Nashville Pike, Long Hollow Pike, and Highway 109 have grown alongside the city itself. Our patient base reflects that growth: families who have been here for generations, professionals who moved up from Nashville for room to breathe, retirees on the lake, and young parents settling in on the north side of town.

A meaningful share of our patients come from outside Gallatin proper.
