Gallatin has changed quickly over the last decade. Cages Bend, Foxland Harbor, Douglas Bend, Fairvue, and the neighborhoods along Nashville Pike, Long Hollow Pike, and Highway 109 have grown alongside the city itself. Our patient base reflects that growth: families who have been here for generations, professionals who moved up from Nashville for room to breathe, retirees on the lake, and young parents settling in on the north side of town.
